LEE ALBERT, a partner in the firm, represents clients in all types of commercial litigation including: complex litigation, violations of federal and state antitrust and securities laws, breach of contract, general commercial litigation, mass tort/product liability and other unfair and deceptive trade practices. Mr. Albert has litigated cases obtaining injunctive relief on behalf of a national health care provider (Prison Health System v. Mr. Albert has extensive litigation and appellate practice experience having argued before the Supreme and Superior Courts of Pennsylvania on multiple occasions. Mr. Albert has over fifteen years of trial experience in both jury and non-jury cases as well as in a substantial number of arbitrations.

Mr. Albert received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University in 1986, Master of Science from Beaver College in 1980 and his Bachelor of Science from Temple University in 1975. Mr. Albert is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey. Mr. Albert is active in local politics and has served as his political party’s representative as Municipal Chair of Whitemarsh Township, PA.
