Mager & Goldstein’s partner Lee Albert successfully defended, before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, an appeal of the dismissal of an action involving a commercial contract dispute. The case, originally filed in 1997 sought significant damages arising out of a contract dispute regarding an alleged breach of a "telephone consulting services contract." Mr. Albert successfully prevailed dismissing the action on Summary Judgment. The plaintiff also filed a new complaint in 2003 which was also dismissed. On appeal the Superior Court of Pennsylvania affirmed both dismissals.
